Return Policy

You can return most items within 90 days of receipt of purchase.

*except for factory parts, kits, helmets, and other items as marked on our website

Initiate a Return
  • Customer pays return shipping.
  • We will issue a refund, less original outbound shipping and 20% restocking charge. 
  • We will provide you with the return address when you initiate a return.
  • Take the item to the Post Office, FedEx, UPS or contact a freight company to ship the item back to us.
  • Include a copy of your original purchase invoice, or a note with the order number.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging.

 

ITEMS NOT RETURNABLE:  Factory Parts:  trailmaster, kandi, and chinese vehicle parts, gokart kits, minibike kits, helmets

 
VEHICLES
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
Our staff is dedicated in providing high quality products and support. If however, you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your VEHICLE within 90 days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus all actual original shipping costs, handling and other additional charges
 
Customer is responsible for returning vehicles at his/her own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted
 
Vehicles will be inspected upon return. A 25% – 35% restocking charge will be applied based upon the condition of the vehicle. Additional charges for excessive use, damage, missing parts, alterations, improper setup or maintenance may be deducted from any refund. We do not accept any return vehicle that has any sustained damages and no refund will be offered
 
PARTS
21 DAY RETURN PERIOD
You may return most Parts for a prompt refund (except factory parts, kits, or items marked as non-returnable on our website). Items returned within 21 days of delivery will be credited in the same form as the original payment type or store credit redeemable on future purchases. Returned items must be received in our warehouse within 14 days after return initiation. Items must be returned in new or unused condition in original packaging and contain all original materials included with shipment. 

Items sent to the Wrong Address will not receive a refund. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer. No return shipment will be accepted unless the freight has been prepaid by the customer. Returns shipped freight collect will be refused and returned to the customer, or discarded.  After inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the purchase price of the item, less all actual shipping costs. 

 
RETURN FEES:
If you refuse delivery, miss your delivery appointment or return a non-defective, undamaged or incorrectly assembled product, you will be charged for all original and return shipping costs. Items returned as damaged or defective are inspected and tested upon arrival. Items may also incur a 20% restocking fee. Return shipping fees range anywhere from $10 to $695, depending on the size and weight of the item. Return shipping fees should be paid directly to the freight carrier in advance. If not paid in advance, your return may be refused and/or shipping fees may be deducted from your refund after the item is received at our warehouse
 
 
CANCELLATIONS: Customer acknowledges and understands that Gokarts USA has incurred expenses in processing customer’s order. If you cancel your order for any reason, there is no cancellation fee if your order has not been processed. Processed orders cancelled by the customer prior to shipping may incur a 6% cancellation fee. A restock charge may apply on some items and special order items cancelled prior to shipping. Orders cancelled by the customer after an order has shipped will be refunded less all actual outgoing and return shipping charges plus restocking fee
